- Truffled Mushroom Dumpling
Fragrant truffle and mixed mushroom mince is wrapped in a capsicum infused skin with a brush of gold dust.
- Seafood Jade Dumpling
Juicy shrimp and spinach are wrapped in a dumpling skin naturally colored with fresh spinach and steamed.
- Siu Mai with Crab Roe
A perennial favorite at dim sum, our siu mai is filled with fresh pork and shrimp and topped with premium quality crab roe.
Stir-fried Black Pepper Prawn
Prawns are blanched in hot oil, then tossed in a thick, rich spiced sauce of black peppercorn and ginger.
Stir-fried XO Coral Trout with Golden Carrot Dressing
Sliced Coral Trout is blanched in hot oil to preserve its freshness before being stir-fried and topped with a our Chef's special carrot dressing.
Sichuan Cumin Lamb Rib
Lamb ribs are coated in a bold spice mix then fried in a fragrant oil with plenty of aromatics, resulting in a flavor bomb that explodes in your mouth.
Sautéed Chinese Broccoli with Black Fungus
Stir-fried Chinese Broccoli with lotus roots, black fungus and carrots.
Fried Red Rice with Dried Scallop & Pine Nut
Indulge in this fried red and white rice loaded with crispy golden scallop threads, fluffy egg white clouds and topped with pine nuts for a healthier choice.
Delicately scented with the floral perfume of the osmanthus flower, our jelly is shaped like a carp and infused with red goji berries.
