Our Dim Sum Trio is presented in a bamboo steamer basket so that you can enjoy an authentic Cantonese yum cha experience. It contains:-

- Truffled Mushroom Dumpling
Fragrant truffle and mixed mushroom mince is wrapped in a capsicum infused skin with a brush of gold dust.

- Seafood Jade Dumpling
Juicy shrimp and spinach are wrapped in a dumpling skin naturally colored with fresh spinach and steamed.

- Siu Mai with Crab Roe
A perennial favorite at dim sum, our siu mai is filled with fresh pork and shrimp and topped with premium quality crab roe.

Salt and Pepper Calamari
Juicy calamari is lightly battered, deep-fried and tossed with salt and pepper.

Chicken Sung Choi Bao
