Heating Instructions
SUN KITCHEN AT HOME
Chicken with Ginger and Onion Oil
1) Heat the chicken in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute with lid on.
2) Carefully remove the container from the microwave and enjoy with the accompanying Ginger & Onion sauce.
Note: Our Signature Chicken is normally served slightly warm, therefore we recommend not to over it.
Dongting-styled Braised Pork Belly
1) Pour the sauce evenly onto the pork belly.
2) Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes with lid on to preserve the moisture.
3) Carefully remove the container from the microwave and enjoy.
Double-boiled Fish Maw Baby Abalone Soup
1) Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes with lid on or alternatively pour into a saucepan and reheat until your desired temperature.
Note: Our soup is rich in collagen and therefore we do not recommend heating till boiling hot to preserve the nutrients.
Imperial Treasure Seafood Claypot
1) Place the claypot on the stove.
2) Pour the abalone sauce over the seafood.
3) Simmer with the lid on for 2-3 minutes or until your desired temperature for the seafood and vegetables to absorb the flavours. Our signature seafood claypot is best enjoyed warm, we do not recommend heating till boiling point.
4) Carefully remove the claypot from the stove and enjoy.
Note: The claypot only works on gas stoves and would crack if placed on an induction or electric stove top. If you are using any of the latter stoves, please transfer to a suitable pot before heating.
Sauteed Chinese Broccoli with Black Fungus
1) Heat the vegetable in the microwave for 2 minutes with lid on.
2) Carefully remove the container from the microwave and enjoy.
Sizzling Fish Fillet in Hot Chilli Oil
1) Heat fish fillet in microwave for 1-2 minutes with lid on and place it aside.
2) Pour the chill oil into a saucepan. We recommend using one with a heavy metal bottom that is a least 5 inches deep.
3) Place the saucepan on the stove, warm the chilli oil slowly using medium heat.
4) Once the dried chilli in the oil starts to brown, turn off the fire immediately.
5) Carefully pour the hot chilli oil onto the fish and enjoy!
Note: Oil has a high pointing oil, please be careful when heating it up. Do NOT heat the chilli oil in the microwave for safety reasons.
Steamed Tofu & Mushroom with Golden Carrot Dressing
1) Pour the golden carrot dressing evenly onto the tofu.
2) Heat the tofu with the dressing in the microwave for 2 minutes with lid on.
3) Carefully remove the container from the microwave and enjoy.
Stewed Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetables
1) Heat fish fillet in the microwave for 1-2 minutes with lid on and place it aside.
2) Pour the pickled vegetable soup into a saucepan, place on stove and heat it up until it boils.
3) Pour the soup onto the fish fillet carefully and mix gently. Enjoy!
Note: Alternatively, you can also place both the fish fillet and soup into a saucepan stirring gently until it boils.
