Braised Chicken Feet
1) Heat the chicken feet in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds with lid on.
2) Carefully remove the container from the microwave and enjoy.
Har Gow Prawn Dumpling
1) Bring a pot of water with a steamer rack to a rolling boil.
2) Place the dumplings into a bamboo steamer basket (or bowl) and place it on the rack.
3) Cover the pot and steam for 6-8 minutes.
4) Carefully remove and enjoy.
Note: In order not to scratch your pot, we recommend placing a towel under the steamer rack. Alternatively, if you have a saucepan that is the same size as the bamboo steamer basket, you can place the basket right on top of it.
Imperial Peony Red Bean Flake
1) Heat the oven to 150oC.
2) Place the red bean flake on a baking tray and heat for 2 minutes.
3) Carefully remove and enjoy.
Lotus Paste Panda Bun
1) Bring a pot of water with a steamer rack to a rolling boil.
2) Place the buns into a bamboo steamer basket (or bowl) and place it on the rack.
3) Cover the pot and steam for 6-8 minutes.
4) Carefully remove and enjoy.

Salted Egg Lava Piggy Bun
1) Bring a pot of water with a steamer rack to a rolling boil.

1) Heat the turnip cake in the microwave for 1 minute with lid on.

Wonton in Hot Chilli Sauce
1) Pour the chilli sauce onto the wonton.
2) Heat the wonton in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds with lid on.
3) Carefully remove the container from the microwave, top with spring onion and enjoy.
Thousand Layer Apple Swirl
1) Heat the oven to 150oC.
2) Place apple swirl on a baking tray and heat for 2 minutes.
3) Carefully remove and enjoy.
